How are you comfortable being unhappy surrounded by the wrong people? You need to let go of everything that does not make you happy. Inspire you to be your best self. Bring out the best in you. We keep making excuses because of our attachment issues. Our comfort zone. Our reality shapes our mindset. You should only be consuming information and images that align with your beliefs and want you want. No one should be in your life that doesn’t elevate you. This goes down to social media too.
Also remember, that how people make you feel has everything to do with YOU. If peoples life triggers you, that’s a personal problem. If someone’s looks triggers you, that’s a personal problem. That is a literal sign that you need to work on yourself. Ignoring these things, won’t make you more confident. It won’t change how you feel about yourself. Learn to look at these things as what you can potentially be or do. Instead of being offended by it, tell yourself “I can do this” “I can be like this person to” “I can look like that”.
You have to stop telling yourself that you can’t do this or that. That you can’t have anything. Stop looking at your circumstance and believe that you can and that you deserve it. Really believe it. Because no one is more special than you.
But you’re the one that has to take action. Create that energy for yourself. If you have the hunger to achieve whatever you want, you can do it. No. Matter how big or insane it is. We’ve normalized toxicity so much in this culture that we let negative people come and negative talk us and we absorb it. Stop for a second and realized, that that person also doesn’t believe in themselves. That’s why they tell you that. And cut them from your life. Remember that everyone in our life is a reflection of us. If we’re unhappy and insecure, we’re going to attract people who are unhappy and insecure.
Everything you desire can be yours, but it’s not going to happen until you let go of all the things that do not align with those things.
